Comfort Hotel Sapporo Susukino

Convenient location from airport. Direct bus from airport ¥1300 and get off at Minami 3jo and walk 5-7mins. Train is Honshui susukino and exit 5 but better take bus less climbing of stairs. Hotel provide bf and basically the same every day but taste good. The hot drink on the house 24/7 . Hotel room quite spacious and clean. Only set back the check out time is quite early 10am and need to pay idmf you want to extend even for an hour. Not flexible.

I had an amazing stay with my family. Although they can’t accommodate us in one room (4 persons), they made our room just close to each other as I requested. It was like 6 minutes walking to the near station. The place is near to Odori Park and Sapporo Tv Tower. The breakfast was really good. We stayed for 3 nights and every day they have different menus. Plus they have this cafeteria library(also in pantry) which you can relax and have a sip of coffee or tea which is also you can bring or take out to your room. They changed the towels and clean the room every day (for the linen, you can also request).

Near to Housuisusukino metro station, exit 5. If you have big luggage can walk to exit 6 to take the elevator. You have to walk passby a temple to reach exit 6. Breakfast is about the same everyday, but hotel did make an effort to do some changes to the food served. Level 3 can do your laundary around 400 to 500 yen plus drying. 2 and 3 got vending machines but only sell cold drinks. Coffee, tea and hot water can get from level 1, but not too late at night as they will do some servicing. Comb, cotton bud and pyjamas are provided at level 1.

Great location, good hotel, but the most special part of our stay at your hotel was the outstanding service from the breakfast lady, Mrs. Sano. Due to my wheat allergy, I need to check everything I eat. Each morning, as soon as she saw us at breakfast, Mrs. Sano took the initiative to check all the available breakfast options without being asked and quickly informed me what I could eat. She was incredibly kind and caring, always making sure I had safe and suitable choices. She went above and beyond every day, making the hotel experience truly exceptional. The hotel is very lucky to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee, she is the definition of outstanding service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Hotel Sapporo Susukino. The daily breakfast, though simple, was delicious and a great start to our day. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the twin room, which was more spacious compared to the double rooms we had in Osaka and Tokyo. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, right beside the Hosuisusukino station exit, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
