Near to Housuisusukino metro station, exit 5. If you have big luggage can walk to exit 6 to take the elevator. You have to walk passby a temple to reach exit 6. Breakfast is about the same everyday, but hotel did make an effort to do some changes to the food served. Level 3 can do your laundary around 400 to 500 yen plus drying. 2 and 3 got vending machines but only sell cold drinks. Coffee, tea and hot water can get from level 1, but not too late at night as they will do some servicing. Comb, cotton bud and pyjamas are provided at level 1.

Spread is healthy & delicious (best smoothie ever!) -coffee/tea/water available 24/7 at their dining cum reading area -staff ever so polite & helpful -well thought out designed room eg USB charging ports next to bed -location location location! Close to food & shopping (eg famous ramen alley/ Tanukikoji shopping street / Pole Town etc) -arrival airport bus in front of hotel / departure bus 6min walk away -central area to get to tourist sites

Rooms and bathrooms though small are very clean. Breakfast is superb, many selections, healthy and delicious. The library cafe that served as the eating hall which is open all day with the free flowing freshly brewed coffee, tea, lemon water, minute maid and iced tea is a big deal for us and made our stay more enjoyable than normal and comfortable (being true to the name of the hotel). Excellent choice! All of us were very happy with choosing Comfort Hotel :)

We were surprised with the hotel! They are very generous with space, and it seems every corner has an electrical socket that you can use. Our room also has an air purifier/humidifier, and a very comfortable bed to sleep on. The breakfast buffet is almost the same everyday save for some one or two dishes, but surprisingly, for our 5 night stay, we love them all! We also did our laundry in a coin-operated machine, but take note of the three kilo limit for wash and dry. If you used the Airport Limousine bus, you can alight in front of the hotel, and the boarding area is just a 5 minute walk. Nishiyama Park is also near, actually, it is near to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Hotel Susukino. The room size exceeded our expectations for Japanese standards and the beds were quite comfortable. The included breakfast was of high quality and we appreciated the availability of unlimited coffee and water throughout the day. The hotel's convenient location near bus stops, including one with direct access to the airport, made our travel experience particularly smooth, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the passage to the train station located just outside the hotel was very convenient. The surrounding area boasts numerous excellent restaurants and convenience stores, and Nijo Market is within walking distance. Overall, Comfort Hotel Susukino is a fantastic choice for accommodation in the Susukino area, and the staff were also exceedingly friendly.

My room was very quiet. Security is good. Breakfast is very satisfactory. Staff are nice. Location near Suskino night life is great. The subway station to Fukuzumi is just outside the hotel. It’s a bit of a tramp from the Sapporo station but there are shuttles that you can take.

Comfort Hotel Sapporo Susukino is a gem! It’s conveniently located near the airport bus drop off and pick up points and right in the city center. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure your stay is smooth sailing. Plus, the free breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, this hotel ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay in Sapporo. Highly recommended for short stays.

The hotel was easy to find and it’s located near Susukino zone or you can take a subway Toho line to Hosuisusukino exit 5. There’s a car parking lot beside the hotel but you must be paid 2,000 yen per night by paying at the hotel. And the room was very nice, if you stay for 2 people, I suggest to select room type “twin beds” that the price was reasonable. Especially for foreigners, if you would like to catch a bus to New Chitose Airport, the bus station was not so far from the hotel, only 5 mins walk.

I like the location, close to everything and the breakfast we enjoyed it a lot even though there was not much options but for us it was worth it. The space is just nice for 2 persons. The staffs are friendly. The bed is comfortable but just the pillow is thin. The toilet is just nice too very comfy. Daily cleaning is available also just put the sign outside your door if needed. Thank you for the wonderful Sapporo experience!
